Curry butter:
One half cup brown sugar, light
One-fourth teaspoon cinnamon sugar
One-fourth teaspoon allspice
One-fourth teaspoon cloves
One-fourth teaspoon nutmeg
Melt butter in a glass measuring cup, for the top half of a half of one
minute and mix the seasoned sugar into the melted butter slowly. The butter
is one-fourth of the measuring cup and the sugar is mixed with the butter,
using a fork. Also, the sugar is mixed in a one half cup measuring cup.
Note :
The light brown sugar, can be, switched out for golden or brown sugar, dark
brown sugar also works. Cinnamon without the sugar, also works.
Another note:
The uses for this are, waffles and can be used for roasted apples, as well
as a whole bunch of others, like potatoes or on pork chops.
